First real job in 1976, Associate Producer for Bob Banner & Associates. "Almost Anything Goes", with Regis. Found myself in real estate in 1979. I have been doing it ever since. I've done just about every aspect including, regional property management, condominium development, medical syndications, development of retire facilities, master communities and even building a couple of custom homes in Atlanta. I returned to Franklin in 2003 to put together the structure and financing for Avalon a 640 home development in Franklin. With all the physical problems I have I am concentrating on building relationships and helping others in any way I can. I am active with seniors at my YMCA and church. I spend 2 or 3 months a year in Cozumel due to health. I am happy there. Good weather, good people, no pressures.
I have been with Jane, my wife, since 1989. It has been great to finally have the personal side of my life stable. It has meant so much to me to be able to create this website. I scanned and touched up every classmate picture. It was a great way to remember each of you, one at a time. It is a precious gift that we can come back together for friendship. I encourage each of you to make the best of this opportunity.

Listen, rumor has it you're feeling poorly. Time for a dose of Billyphetamine... oh that's right, you never did ANY drugs.... so we won't go there.... it might make your socks spontaneously roll up and down and sparks shoot from your body hair... can't have THAT!
Let's see... just what CAN we do?
I'll think of SOMETHING!!! I'm always thinking of SOMETHING!
So..... ya better watch out, ya better not pout...
Hi Billy,
Were you able to find any conection, for me and one of Your Donelson Girls? I have a photo of me at about 20yrs old ,if that would help? My Mother's home was water damaged due to storm,so a lot of the old photos were damaged. If I sent you the photo, you have to promise, not to post it as some Nut Case In Kentucky. Thanks Again Marty
Sorry I missed your birthday, but what a present you are giving yourself! You are missing so much snow and bad weather; we have about 2 in here this morning after the 7 in we got last weekend just melted.
Hope the warmth and Dr. there are helping you lots. Let us know when you'll be back.
Hello all,
I was trying to schedule a committee meeting for next Saturday March 13th, hoping to have it at the Fifty Forward center so we could make a decision on the food with the caterer. Despite emails, Jeff Halfacre with Fast Track Catering has not gotten back with me and his voicemail box is full! I am beginning to think he doesn't want our business!
I will continue to try and get him pinned down for a "tasting" so we can finalize a menu and associated costs. I will keep everyone posted as best I can.
Hello all,
I have been trying since last week to get the caterer, Jeff Halfacre to call me back. I got one email from him with a few of my answers, but I cannot seem to talk with the guy in person. Eddie Eakes has tried to help me. Eddie and I have talked to his employee, Kevin, who says he will have Jeff call me back "in 40 minutes" which was days ago. I talked to Kevin again yesterday afternoon and he said he would have Jeff call me-HA!
Jeff's voicemail box is full and has been every time I try (812-2571). Eddie is here in Nashville, we talked again last night and he is going to stop by Fifty Forward today at lunch time and see if he can find the guy and ask him if he wants our business or not!!!!!
I am very sorry that we will not be getting together this weekend, especially since Eddie, and Tim have such long drives to Nashville, but I don't know what else to do. If Eddie can't get an answer today, I'm going to tell the guy to take a hike, (or another phrase not suitable for printing here). I promise to have an announcement regarding the next meeting by tomorrow, and at that meeting WE WILL be finalizing our menu, costs, etc.
This is ridiculous and I don't have time to fool around with this clown any longer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Larry, that is a great picture of you and Mike Jackson. I like the idea of posting the current pictures as people get together in the present. Keep it up and hope to see you soon!
If you hear of anyone who did not get one of the resolutions, and would like one, please let me know. I can have some more printed and will mail them to those who request. Since session is over I may have just a few more weeks to get those.
